"Very disappointing experience today despite being a repeat customer. The massage itself was fine, but the billing and communication were not. The masseuse asked for ₹5000 for “extra services” during the session, which extended the appointment by ~30 minutes beyond the 1-hour slot. At checkout, the staff forced me to pay ₹1000 extra for overtime. The problem is: nobody informed me in advance that extra time (caused by what was offered inside) would be charged additionally. Very uncomfortable checkout. This was also inconsistent with my past visits where overtime wasn’t charged. If you run a business, pricing and time charges must be explained clearly upfront. This lack of transparency ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back."
